<TITLE>05. Par 12-16</TITLE>L-12 Dear heavenly Father, as this sad news... No wonder my heart was stirred today looking around here for Brother Ryan. He just passed beyond the veil. Perhaps You didn't want me to know it then. I thank You for his life. We will miss him, Father, but thou knowest what's best. He set in this church; he preached to these people. God rest his gallant soul in peace. Thanking You for all you've done for him.
I pray tonight, the reunion of him and his beloved wife. If they be together tonight, keep them safely, Father, until the day that they return again with the Lord Jesus. May the Gospel that he preached always linger in the hearts of the people. And may they obey and love the Christ that he so gallantly stood for, until we all meet at that place, where there's no parting. In the Name of the Lord Jesus we ask these blessings. Amen.
God rest the soul of my gallant brother in peace. Just another great hero of the battle has gone on.

L-13 Our minister brothers, that means that we buckle up the armor a little tighter, just a little more work to do now; one of them's gone.
 Must I be carried home to heaven
 On a flowery bed of ease,
 While others fought to win the prize,
 And sailed through bloody seas?
 No, I must fight if I must reign,
 Increase my courage, Lord;
 And support me by Thy holy Word.

L-14 Now, in the book of Jude, the 3rd verse, and we read for our little portion of God's eternal Word. I love the Word, don't you? They are the Words of Life, God's blessed Life. We love them, because they speak peace. They come from the Bible, the only Book that tells me who I am, where I come from, and where I'm going, the only Book in existence that tells us that. And it's only Book that's written of all the fine literature there is in the world, this is the only Book that is positive the Truth. No matter how much others... It'll be little things that's flaws and failures, and everything, but This can never fail. "Heavens and earth will pass away, but My Word shall never fail." God's Truth...
Now, Jude writing about thirty years after pentecost to the church. This letter is addressed exactly to the church.
 Beloved,... (I like that word, don't you? Beloved, how he--his heart goes for the church.)... Beloved,... I give all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and to exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints.

L-15 Now, may God bless His Word. Now, just a little setting of the meeting. I want it to be based solemnly upon the Scripture, for I too, along with you have got to go the trail that our Brother Ryan has just taken. Therefore leaving behind me, I want everything that I say to be based upon the Word of God. And do you realize tonight, what a responsibility it is to a Christian minister, who stands before an audience, when each soul is valued at the value of ten thousand worlds, and what would one misinterpreted word do in the Kingdom of God, if we'd misinterpret it in one way? So I reverently approach this subject, being that it's such a vital thing for today.

L-16 And now, Jude speaking after thirty-three years, just think of how... What we need today, I believe, first is some good old fashion persecution to run us together. We find out that when the church is really persecuted... I believe that God is permitting communism to hit the land. I believe I can sensibly prove that by the Bible, that God promised that up into those isms, as communism years ago, when they first got out that N.R.A. I... Now, you remember that. And when Mussolini had first come in power, one morning by a vision... Now, it's written on old paper, laying at the house today, dated way back in 1933--'32 or '33.
